Mike Metelitsa

President/CEO

ITAD expert since 1994

Mike is a seasoned President and CEO who began his career in the memory industry in 1994, building a strong foundation in technology sourcing, resale, and lifecycle management before expanding into the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) sector in 2001. He recognized early on the need for secure, compliant, and environmentally responsible solutions and helped grow the business into a full-service ITAD provider focused on data security, value recovery, and responsible recycling. With decades of experience, Mike brings a steady, practical approach to leadership and values long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Matt Perthes

VP of Business Development

ITAD expert since 1996

As Vice President at Keystone Technology Management, Matthew leads client acquisition, contract development, and end-to-end IT asset disposition (ITAD) operations. He oversees project execution from pickup through final disposition, including audit reporting, insurance compliance and asset valuation. With decades of experience working with domestic and international partners, Matthew helps organizations maximize asset recovery value while ensuring secure, compliant, and transparent ITAD processes.

Lou Nuccio

Director of Operations

ITAD expert since 1996

Lou is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT asset processing, from collection and logistics to data destruction, refurbishment, and resale or recycling. Lou ensures that all operations are efficient, secure, and compliant with industry regulations and environmental standards. He manages teams, optimizes workflows, and implements strategies to maximize asset recovery value while minimizing risk. He also collaborates with sales, compliance, and client services teams to meet customer requirements, maintain certifications, and uphold strict data security protocols.

Craig Rosen

VP of Sales and Remarketing

Craig serves as VP of Sales & Remarketing, leading efforts to drive revenue and maximize the resale value of retired IT assets. He manages client relationships, oversees remarketing channels, and collaborates with operations to ensure efficient, compliant ITAD processes. He develops sales strategies, identifies new business opportunities, and drives growth across secondary markets. Craig also champions innovation in remarketing practices, ensuring the company stays ahead in a competitive ITAD landscape.

Jennifer Crossey

Controller

ITAD expert since 2001

Jennifer Crossey, Controller at Keystone, oversees the financial backbone of the organization, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and transparency across all operations. She manages the company’s accounting functions from end to end, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, while maintaining strong internal controls and audit-ready records. Erika Wilkinson

QEHS Manager & Compliance Officer

Erika serves as the company’s Compliance Officer, overseeing regulatory programs and supporting the organization’s work with the R2 standard and ISO frameworks. She works closely with teams across the company to keep processes organized, compliant, and audit-ready. Erika focuses on turning complex requirements into practical systems that support responsible operations, strong environmental standards, and a workplace where safety comes first and everyone goes home at the end of the day.

As Technical Operations Manager, John touches every part of the business to ensure peak performance and client satisfaction. Cameron is the architect behind the facility’s entire tracking infrastructure. From developing the custom internal databases to engineering the physical mass-wiping machines on the floor, Cameron ensures every client device is tracked, tested, and securely sanitized from cradle to grave with a fully auditable paper trail. Beyond his systems work, Cameron is a hands-on technician. He takes on the highest-priority, unique, and expensive devices, acting as a trusted escalation point and mentor for the entire auditing crew.
